Thank you for shopping with Rest & Roast. We roast and pack every order with care to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Kerala: 2–4 business days
Major Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations Across India: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to respond, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Rest & Roast is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
