Rest & Roast began with a simple thought: everyday coffee should be better. We wanted coffee that felt fresh, tasted consistent and was easy to choose without unnecessary complexity.

Our approach starts with carefully selected coffee from Karnataka and a focus on Coorg and Indian coffee origins. We work with Arabica, Robusta and blends, then roast in small batches to bring out the character of each coffee.
